A Festive Italian 3-Course Experience for groups of 10–50 guests. Each guest chooses one antipasto, one secondo and one dolce.
Antipasto
Creamy Italian burrata with roasted cherry tomatoes, basil oil, toasted pistachios and a touch of cranberry-balsamic glaze.
Thinly sliced beef carpaccio with Parmesan, arugula, toasted walnuts and a cranberry-red wine dressing.
Secondo
Fratè’s signature cheese-wheel pasta with Parmesan cream, roasted mushrooms and fresh rosemary, finished tableside in our Parmesan wheel.
Available with or without crispy pancetta.
Crispy chicken Parmigiana with rich tomato sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan, finished with fresh basil and served with rosemary-Parmesan potatoes.
Pan-seared white fish fillet with creamy lemon-butter sauce, roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and rosemary-Parmesan potatoes.
Dolce
Classic Fratè tiramisù with mascarpone, espresso and cocoa, with a hint of orange and cinnamon, finished with festive chocolate.
Silky vanilla panna cotta topped with warm red-berry compote, pistachio crumble and fresh mint.
